Sportive FC developed a strategic partnership with NOSC Blast after identifying the club as a high-performing, development-focused program powered by the ARC soccer system. What began as an initial visit quickly evolved into a deeper evaluation process, including live player assessments, where Sportive FC recognized both the quality of the environment and the consistency of player development. This collaboration reflects a shared commitment to identifying and elevating talent from clubs that may be overlooked geographically but consistently produce high-level athletes.
As Sportive FC assembled its roster for The Soccer Tournament (TST), NOSC Blast became a key partner in talent identification and representation. Through this partnership, three NOSC Blast players earned roster spots, demonstrating that elite-level talent exists beyond traditional pipelines. The selection reinforces NOSC Blast’s position as a small but impactful club and highlights Sportive FC’s role in creating pathways for emerging players to compete on a national stage.
